Please note this is a Group Booking

We require a £5 per head/£60 (dependant on booking type) deposit to secure the booking. If you require a 30 minute slot for food in addition to the party booking there is a £1.50 per head service charge.

Refunds:-

Full Deposit Refunds only paid if the party is cancelled 5 working days prior to the booking,

50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is under 5 working days but no later than 48 hour prior to the booked party.

If due to illness the party is unable to go ahead on the day we will reschedule to a date within 30 days of the event.

Paying the Balance:

Parties where the guests take the items home - 3 days prior to the party

Pottery Painting/clay parties on the day

Refreshments consumed bought on the day & any additional charges. We supply squash as part of the party package and sell hot/cold drinks. If you bring drinks in from outside the studio you may be subject to a surcharge.

Please note the maximum number of seats allowed for the particular party booked, if numbers exceed this there is a charge per head which is according to the type of party booked.

The party is contracted to begin and end at the times listed. Please respect these times as if you run over these times there will be an additional charge. Party Activity Duration:-

6 years and over will be 1.5 hours.

5 years and under will last 1 hour.

Adult Evening 3 hours.

Adult Private Sessions during the day 2 hours.

30 minutes is allocated if the party is having food in the studio. If you are not having food but would like to bring a cake please sing Happy Birthday at the beginning of the party so that you can cut the cake whilst the party is in progress to give to the children to take home at the end.

If you are bringing food there is a service charge of £1.50 per head. The food must be consumed during the allocated time and all rubbish must be taken away by the party host. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN

If the party runs over by more than 15 minutes a further £5 per head will be charged.

We sell hot & cold drinks but evening adult parties can bring your own alcohol. Please note if you bring your own non-alcoholic drinks a surcharge may be applied.

Please look at food options

We charge for breakages so please do not bring balloons. Likewise the studio is booked for the purpose of the craft party/workshop so we ask that there are NO party games, pinatas, outside entertainers or anything else brought into the studio.

Collection of finished items-

Pottery - 10 days

Clay - up to 21 days

We do not accept responsibility for any damaged goods after 30 days .

Items are held for 3 months and then we dispose of them!

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE STUDIO IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY SYMPTOMS, OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE SUFFERING SYMPTOMS OF THE CORONAVIRUS, FLU OR ANYOTHER CONTAGIOUS VIRUS WITHIN THE LAST 10 DAYS.
