refunds & Exchange

If there is a problem with your purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to try to resolve the problem. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items bought on-line or in the gift shop - Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it’s original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but directly to us.

  • Pottery Items Painted in the studio - Items must be returned to the studio within the allocated time. We do not accept responsibilty for breakages once an item leaves the studio. (please see term below)

You will need to pay your own shipping and this is NOT refundable. We recommend that use a trackable shipping service as will not be held responsible for missing goods in shipping.

POTTERY

We do not accept responsibility for breakages of Finished Pottery Items that are posted. Once an item has been collected from the studio we do not accept responsibility for breakages.

Due to the nature of pottery firing there can be faults that show up in the kiln. Any faults must be reported within 21 days of your appointment. We will offer a replacement item for you to paint OR a credit on your account if this occurs. The credit on your account will expire after 6 months. If you require a refund, the item you have painted must be left at the studio.

We not accept responsibility or offer refunds if you are unhappy with your own artwork or have not followed instructions with regard to application of glaze.

Once an item of pottery has been fired we hold on to it for collection for three months. If it has not been collected we will dispose of the items.
