STUDIO VISITS
Please note each booking is for one person. (unless you have booked a group session where numbers are specified) IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED THE CORRECT NUMBER OF SEATS you will not be able to stand behind a chair and watch and you will be charged a studio fee for each additional person, or if we are busy, people not booked in will not be allowed in the studio.
NO FOOD OR DRINK to be brought to the studio except where specified. Please note a surcharge will be added to your bill if you consume your own food/drink in the studio.
(Drink and snacks can be brought for Evening sessions, all rubbish must be taken home)
Bookings may be cancelled 24 hours prior to your session time. Please note there is an administration fee of ,50p per studio fee cancelled. Funds take 5-10 working days to reach your account.
No refunds can be issued to cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to your booked session.
If you are late for your session, your seats may only be held for:-
Studio Sessions 15 minutes
Evening Booking Until 7.45pm
The session lasts for the times stated, If you go over this time additional fees may be charged.
Please do not visit the studio if you have had any symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone suffering symptoms of the coronavirus within the last 10 days.

P A R T I E S

Please note this is a group booking & we only allow the numbers specified into the studio.
We require a £5 per head/£60 (dependant on booking type) deposit to secure the booking. Refunds:-
Full Deposit Refunds only paid if the party is cancelled 5 working days prior to the booking,
50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is under 5 working days but no later than 48 hour prior to the booked party.
If due to illness the party is unable to go ahead on the day we will reschedule to a date within 30 days of the event, we only reschedule an appointment once.
Paying the Balance:
Parties where the guests take the items home - 3 days prior to the party
Pottery Painting/clay parties on the day
Refreshments consumed bought on the day & any additional charges. We supply squash as part of the party package and sell hot/cold drinks. If you bring drinks in from outside the studio you may be subject to a surcharge.
Please note the maximum number of seats allowed for the particular party booked, if numbers exceed this there is a charge per head which is according to the type of party booked.
The party is contracted to begin and end at the times listed. Please respect these times. Party Activity Duration:-
6 years and over will be 1.5 hours.
5 years and under will last 1 hour.
Adult Evening 3 hours.
If the party runs over by more than 15 minutes a further £5 per head will be charged.
If you would like to have food with your party you will need to book a Party Food Slot which is 30 minutes. The food must be consumed during the allocated time and all rubbish must be taken away by the party host. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN. If you are not having food but would like to bring a cake please sing Happy Birthday at the beginning of the party so that you can cut the cake whilst the party is in progress to give to the children to take home at the end.
We sell hot & cold drinks but evening adult parties can bring your own alcohol. Please note if you bring your own non-alcoholic drinks a surcharge may be applied.

We charge for breakages so please do not bring balloons. Likewise the studio is booked for the purpose of the craft party/workshop so we ask that there are NO party games, pinatas, outside entertainers or anything else brought into the studio.
Collection of finished items-
Pottery - 10 days
Clay - up to 21 days
We do not accept responsibility for any damaged goods after 30 days .
Items are held for 3 months and then we dispose of them!
